Just talking about my struggles and success with L&M Guitar. My old boss at the brake repair shop once told me that attitude will take me places that talent never dreamed of. I'm finding that's especially true with my guitar playing.

Jan 2, 2009..Day 1. Got my new L & M Guitar couse. My Ovation is in Dave's Guitar Shop, La Crosse, WI, getting a good set-up and minor repairs. Gathering up all needed accessories to begin the journey to becoming a competent, respectable and entertaining guitar player. Anticipation and expectations are high, confidence is that of a beginer, but desire to succeed is the drving force to accomplish this endeavor. Wish me luck..and encouragement to go far in this, I think, life changing project.
Having viewed the first lesson and followed along in the book I see much work will be needed, but the material appears to be well presented and I look forward to getting the guitar in my hands next week and begin practicing. I want to report my progress in this forum as a way to track my improvements and accomplishments.

hi again, it passed a long time since i wrote something here,,
well , now i am at session 17 learning the notes on the neck , and those scales, is very useful , ,
i try now to practice earlier sessions with the new material , so i refresh everything ,

Playing the blues seems to be a difficult task , and jazz too , the only way to beat em , is to practice .

I just found , that i have a cousin of a cousin whos an excellent guitar player in holland i dont know his name though , but im told he is a good player

now i am more in the mood of mastering this beautiful instrument .

in the other hand , i wish i could go to the gathering , is a good thing , to share your music .
bye
